The Business Kindness Alliance is open to businesses of every size that believe commercial success and human kindness should grow together.
Membership is free of charge. The Alliance is financed by Sponsors who support our mission without influencing our principles, our governance or our assessment of members.
No business is too small for the Alliance. What matters is not scale, sector or turnover, but intent: a genuine commitment to building a business that creates value for customers, employees, partners, communities and society.
Every applicant is assessed before joining. We will review the business and interview the Director or Directors to ensure alignment with the BKA Charter and our principles of human dignity, ethical growth, transparency, responsible technology and kindness as a discipline.
This is not a badge for marketing purposes. It is a community for businesses that want to grow together — financially, professionally and morally.

Applicants complete an assessment and Director interview before joining, so the Alliance remains credible, values-led and commercially serious.
